Door to door service clause of customs clearance with tax farming  in the United States

1, Quotation applicable to international trade. Immigration and private goods calculated  separate.

2, the quotation is include the ocean freight/AMS/ISF/ United States customs clearance and the cost of delivery to the door of the interior of the United States.1cbm=363kgs, minimum charge :1CBM.

3, the quotation is not include U.S. bond and  customs duties;At present except for Guangzhou port , departure from other ports need add the export port customs clearance fee and warehousing fee.

4, the quotation is not include any fees caused by customs inspection. Inspection of goods may lead to delay in shipment schedule and caused additional customs fees.

5, the quotation is include tax for invoice, we can issue special invoice , no need to add some taxes in invoice.

6, the United States BOND (import deposit) according to the value of goods 0.5% to calculate, minimum charge USD80/ BL. The consignee who has BOND does not charge this fee.

7, in particular to remind: the United States agent under the terms of the DDU will charge the consignee about USD75/BL of  the operating fees and  D/O fees by local customs.

8, We can accept freight collect, but need to charge a handling fee USD75/ BL. (charge 10% of  the higher part of  collect as handling fee)

9, in the course of transportation, the goods are damaged or shortage and the insurance is required, we can claim to the insurance company, our purchasing premium rate is 0.3%, minimum charge RMB100/ BL.

10,We can delivery cargo to the customer designated locations throughout the continental United States .(the place or warehouse must be suitable for truck loading and unloading), the consignee need to arrange for unloading by themselves.

Timeout or provide other specific services, the fees charged by local customs.Additional charges will be charged under the following circumstances:

A, delivery to residential and commercial area;

B, need to have a lift gate of  truck delivery;

C, free unloading time is 2 hours, afterwards USD85-130/ hours

D, delivery to the location of the vehicle limited;

E, delivery to the location with special requirements and requirements (such as FBA Amazon warehouse, the U.S. Space Center, etc.)

F, delivery to other private areas and special locations.

11, in order to distinguish the goods and customs clearance, all the packaging of goods must be labeled with obvious marks. If the goods are no marked, our company will be unified cargo with mark, charge RMB2/ CTN (minimum charge RMB50).

12, The goods are packed in wood and wooden pallets. Please avoid the use of log materials. The log materials need to be treated with fumigation and covered with IPPC. The cost of fumigation and cover IPPC  calculated  separately.

13, Don’t accept  liquid and powder goods, flammable and explosive dangerous goods, tobacco and other contraband and  infringing goods.

14, Our company will deal with the customs clearance  according to packing list and invoice from customer, if there is a false declaration, may lead to additional costs incurred and schedule delays
